If you've been carrying this for a while.

Many of the people I support are busy professionals balancing demanding schedules, chronic stress, and pain that has slowly become part of daily life.

Acupuncture may be a good fit for you if:

    • You're living with pain that has remained despite your best efforts.
    • You've been feeling physically and mentally depleted — tense during the day, exhausted at night, and disconnected from true rest.
    • Headaches, jaw tension, muscle tightness, or stress-related discomfort have become so familiar that they feel normal.

Not every approach is right for every person, and I believe honesty is part of good care. If acupuncture feels like the right fit for your needs, I'll work with you to help you move toward lasting relief and restoration.

    Common reasons people come in

    A clear plan,
    built around you.

I focus on three things, deeply. Each plan is shaped to what your body is doing right now — and adjusted as it changes.

    I

    Chronic pain

    Back, neck, shoulders, joints, nerves

Precise needling at the structures actually driving the pain — not just where it hurts. Often combined with electroacupuncture and manual release for pain that's been stuck for months or years.

    II

    Burnout & overload

    Wired, exhausted, not sleeping

Treatment aimed at the part of your nervous system that's been stuck in overdrive. Most people notice deeper sleep and a clearer head within the first few sessions.

    III

    Tension & headaches

    Jaw, neck, shoulders, migraines

Work focused on the muscular and autonomic patterns behind recurring tension — the kind that builds across the week and isn't fixed by a weekend off.

    What I treat

    Helping you manage and overcome
    chronic pain.

At Bennu Acupuncture, I specialize in helping people manage and overcome chronic pain conditions that interfere with daily life. My integrative approach combines time-tested acupuncture techniques with supportive therapies to treat the root causes of pain, not just the symptoms.

Whether your discomfort is longstanding, stress-related, injury-based, or seemingly unexplained, I'm here to help you find relief, feel restored, and reconnect with your body. Below are some of the most common conditions I treat.

    01Chronic pain conditions

    Chronic pain conditions

    • Back pain (upper, mid, lower)
    • Neck & shoulder pain
    • Knee pain
    • Sciatica & nerve pain
    • Arthritis & joint pain
    • Headaches & migraines
    • TMJ & jaw pain
    • Fibromyalgia & widespread pain
    • Post-surgical recovery

    02Muscle & soft tissue

    Muscle & soft tissue

    • Myofascial pain syndrome
    • Tendonitis & repetitive strain injuries
    • Sports injuries
    • Plantar fasciitis
    • Carpal tunnel syndrome

Feel better. Move easier. Live more fully.

I believe chronic pain care should offer more than temporary relief—it should help you feel restored in your body and daily life.

    04

    Persistent & complex pain

Chronic pain doesn't always have a clear physical source — but that doesn't make it any less real. We recognize the powerful connection between the body and the nervous system, especially in pain that is persistent, widespread, or triggered by stress. Acupuncture can help regulate the body's stress response, calm the nervous system, and restore balance where tension and trauma have taken root.

    • Fibromyalgia
    • Tension headaches
    • Chronic fatigue syndrome
    • Central sensitization
    • Stress-related muscular tension
    • Unexplained or shifting pain patterns

    05

    Stress, hormones & pain

Emotional stress, trauma, and hormonal imbalances can all influence the way your body holds and experiences pain. Whether you're navigating mood changes, menstrual cycles, fertility treatments, or the emotional toll of chronic illness, we approach your care with compassion and clinical insight — supporting both physical and emotional regulation.

    • Menstrual and pelvic pain
    • PMS and PMDD-related body aches
    • Pain exacerbated by anxiety or grief
    • Pain linked to fertility treatments or hormonal changes
    • Postpartum musculoskeletal discomfort
    Don't see your condition?

Pain is personal. Your care should be too.

Acupuncture is a whole-body medicine that impacts nearly every system of the body. If you're unsure whether I treat your specific concern, let's talk through what you're experiencing and explore whether acupuncture is the right fit for your care.

    The Bennu Approach

    What guides my care.

My healing philosophy is grounded in three simple, powerful principles.

    I

    Permission

You don't have to live in pain. You are allowed to feel good. This is where healing begins.

    II

    Practice

Healing isn't a quick fix; it's a process. I guide you through treatments and at-home care rituals that support real change.

    III

    Patience

Deep, sustainable healing takes time. I meet you where you are and move at the pace your body allows.

    Who I help

    • Back, neck, and joint pain
    • Sciatica and nerve pain
