This website is informational. There is no patient portal, no account to create, and no intake form to complete here. If you simply read the pages, I do not ask you for any personal information.

Like most websites, basic technical information may be recorded automatically by the hosting provider — things like your browser type, general location, the pages you viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running well and secure, not to identify you.

When you email or call, you decide what to share. Please keep first contact general: your name, how to reach you, and briefly what you would like help with. Standard email and text messages are convenient but not fully secure, so I ask that detailed health information wait until we speak or meet.

Messages are kept only as long as needed to respond, follow up, or meet recordkeeping obligations.

Appointments are booked through a third-party scheduling platform. When you book, the information you enter there — typically your name, email, phone number, and appointment preference — is stored on that platform under its own privacy terms, and shared with me so I can prepare for your visit.

This site uses only what it needs to function. Any cookies present are used for basic performance and security. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

These trusted providers help this practice operate:

• A scheduling platform, used to book and manage appointments.
• An email provider, used for correspondence.
• A website hosting provider, which serves these pages and keeps basic server logs.
• Mapping and directions services, if you choose to open the clinic address in a map.

Each of these companies handles information under its own privacy policy. I share only what is necessary for them to do their part, and never sell your information.

• To answer your questions and return your calls or emails.
• To schedule, confirm, reschedule, or follow up on appointments.
• To provide and coordinate your care.
• To keep required business and clinical records.
• To meet legal and professional obligations.

Your information is not sold, rented, or used for advertising to you.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are in place: password protection, encrypted connections where available, limited access, and vendors chosen with security in mind. No website or email system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so please use judgment about what you send electronically.

What you share in the treatment room stays there. As a licensed acupuncturist, I am bound by professional confidentiality obligations under New York law. Clinical records are kept separately from anything collected on this website and are disclosed only with your written authorization, or where the law requires it — for example, in an emergency involving safety.

You may, at any time:

• Ask what information I hold about you.
• Request a copy of your treatment records.
• Ask that inaccurate information be corrected.
• Ask that your information be deleted, where no legal or recordkeeping duty requires me to keep it.
• Ask me to stop contacting you.

Just ask — a written request by email is enough.

This website is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children through this site. Care for minors is arranged directly with a parent or guardian.

If practices change, this page will be updated and the effective date revised.
