Care that meets you
where you are.
Every body tells a different story. My treatments are built around yours — pairing time-tested acupuncture with the modalities best suited to help you feel better, move easier, and live more fully.

The modalities
woven into care.
Each session draws from a thoughtful palette of traditional and contemporary techniques. I choose what your body is asking for on the day — never more than is needed.
- 01
Restorative Acupuncture
More than relief — renewal. Targets the deep-seated imbalances behind chronic pain, tension and fatigue, resetting the nervous system, reducing inflammation and restoring the body's natural capacity to heal.
- 02
Electro-Acupuncture
For persistent pain and musculoskeletal conditions, gentle electrical pulses are applied through the needles to promote circulation, reduce muscle spasms and accelerate recovery from injuries and chronic conditions like neuropathy and joint pain.
- 03
Orthopedic & Trigger Point Acupuncture
A specialized approach for acute and chronic pain that combines trigger point acupuncture with modern sports medicine. Precise needling of taut bands and motor points releases deep muscular knots, restores joint mobility and supports rehabilitation — ideal for athletes, active individuals and those recovering from injury.
- 04
Myofascial Release Therapy
Chronic pain often stems from tight, restricted fascia. Sustained hands-on pressure releases that tension, improves movement and supports long-term musculoskeletal health — especially helpful for fibromyalgia, tension headaches and postural imbalances.
- 05
Moxibustion
Warming therapy with smouldering mugwort that eases stiff, cold-natured pain, increases local circulation and softens tissue — comforting for arthritic joints, low back ache and old injuries that ache in the cold.
- 06
Tui na
Traditional Chinese bodywork using rhythmic compression, kneading and stretching along the channels to break up stagnation, release muscular tension and restore pain-free movement.
- 07
Ear seeds
Tiny seeds placed on auricular points and worn between visits — extending pain relief, calming the nervous system and reinforcing the work of each session through the week.
- 08
Reiki energy healing
Gentle, non-invasive energy work that settles the nervous system and eases the emotional weight that so often amplifies chronic pain — softening guarding patterns so the body can rest and recover.
- 09
Cupping
Gentle suction lifts fascia and draws fresh circulation into tight, painful areas — releasing knots across the back, shoulders and hips and restoring mobility where tension has built up.
From first visit
to feeling better.
- Step 01
Consultation & Assessment
Your first visit begins with a consultation where we discuss your symptoms and goals for care.
- Step 02
Treatment Plan Recommendation
From there, I assess how your symptoms are presenting in the body and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
- Step 03
Acupuncture Treatment
Once we've reviewed the plan together, treatment begins during the same visit. Your first session includes a 45-minute acupuncture treatment designed to begin addressing your symptoms and help your body shift out of its current pattern.
- Step 04
Ongoing Care
Follow-up sessions are 60-minute treatments tailored to your progress and response to care. Because chronic pain, stress, and burnout often develop over time, treatment is typically approached through a series of sessions rather than a one-time visit.
