Accessibility is not a one-time project. As pages are added and updated, they are reviewed for readability, contrast, keyboard access, and screen reader clarity. Some third-party features — such as the scheduling platform or embedded maps — are built by other companies, and I have limited control over them. If one of those creates a barrier for you, please tell me and I will help you another way.

If you run into something that does not work for you, please reach out. It is helpful, but not required, to include the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you were using. I read every message and will respond as promptly as I can.

Any information on this site can be provided in another format — over the phone, by email, in large print, or read aloud during a call. Booking can also be completed by phone rather than online. Just ask; there is no special process.
